UPS requires that all shippers of wine be licensed and approved under UPS Agreement for Approved Wine Shippers as well as adhere to to their guidelines for packaging. Many shippers skirt this and simply ship "don't ask, don't tell"..not very ethical and this can cause problems if something happens and you need to file a claim.
