Submitted by boxbrosla on Wed, 2010-09-15 16:14I started working with Box Brothers for my business P.O. Box and as I got to know more about the business, I now do all of my shipping and mailing through them. Their service and willingness to please me as a customer has been unparalleled in my experience. They even send me an email notice when I have a package and notices when I sent out a package and when it is delivered. Their services range from shipping large items like dining room furniture to letters. Just last week I shipped a bottle of wine and they were prepared with special packaging for wine bottles.

Boo! These people are rude. There is no reason to not acknowledge a person when they are standing at your counter quietly waiting to be helped. Their customer service on the phone isn't any better. The guys at Box Brothers are much more helpful and nice.Another Satisfied Customer

Subject: Sergio deserves a medal....I kid you not.Yesterday I came to your business with 6 or 7 bags of groceries and snacks to send to a military person going to Afghanistan, who I do not know, but whose grandmother is a dear friend of our friend, of our family. It was about 4:30, and your place was pretty busy, and the rush was on to get some stuff out by 5pm. I wanted to stay there package it and send it out, but Sergio insisted he would take care of it, and send it out the next day.
Packing and Shipping BIGHEADS
Submitted by boxbrosla on Thu, 2010-06-17 21:44Robert McRay describes why he uses BoxBrothers Los Feliz to pack and ship his BIGHEAD mechanical sculptures, and how we do it...
We have some extremely talented customers at Box Brothers, like Robert McRay, who ships his wonderful BIGHEAD mechanical sculptures with us because he knows we do what it takes to get them to their destinations safely and on time. To Robert, the care we take in packing his BIGHEADs is important, he even has a page describing the process on his site. Packing Glass framed prints
Submitted by boxbrosla on Tue, 2010-05-04 12:21The other day a customer came into our Los Feliz Store with 3 glass framed prints. They were 24 x 36 inches about 1.5 inches thick. We bubble wrapped them, then cut sheets of shock absorbing styrofoam. Then we took the whole styrofoam encased package and shaped some corrugated sheets around the artwork. Voila! we are now able to ship safely with no breakage.
Packaging was $ 35.00 per item, total of 3 items.
